We are hiring a Senior Data Scientist for a new start up organization specializing in Human Resources Ai platform to provide valuable insights and drive data-driven decisions. Successful candidate must have experience working on complex data analysis projects, develop machine learning models, and lead data science initiatives to address business challenges.

Job responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement machine learning models and statistical algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Engineer relevant features and perform dimensionality reduction to improve model performance and efficiency.
• Implement techniques such as PCA, LDA, and feature scaling.
• Train, fine-tune, and validate machine learning models using large datasets.
• Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and make necessary adjustments.
• Create and implement deep learning models and neural networks for tasks such as image recognition, natural language processing (NLP), and more.
• Apply NLP techniques for text analysis, sentiment analysis, language translation, chatbots, and other language-related tasks.
• Develop computer vision solutions for image and video analysis, object recognition, and image classification.
• Implement techniques such as image segmentation and feature extraction.
• Address ethical considerations in data science and machine learning and implement strategies to mitigate bias and fairness issues in algorithms.
• Create clear and informative data visualizations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and align data science strategies with organizational goals.
• Document code, methodologies, and results for knowledge sharing and reproducibility.

Key Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Must have Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Must have 6-8 years of experience in data science, with a strong track record of successful projects.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with data science libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and pandas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of data science, statistics, and data analysis techniques.
• Understanding of software engineering practices and version control.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
