Key Responsibilities:
Analyze the sales process to identify areas of strength and weakness
Provide feedback and coaching to sales representatives to enhance their performance Develop and implement training programs to improve sales performance
Grade development process of the specialist and provide constructive feedback
Work closely with sales managers and representatives to improve overall sales performance
Create reports that detail sales performance and identify areas of improvement Develop strategies to enhance the sales process and customer behavior


Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in sales process analysis and training
Strong analytical skills and ability to identify areas of improvement
Excellent communication skills and ability to provide constructive feedback
Knowledge of CRM systems and sales management tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
