    Job title: HR Executive

    Description

    At Al-Futtaim Group, we are committed to fostering a culture of excellence and innovation across all our business segments. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting the company's human resources functions.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding to ensure seamless talent acquisition.
    2. Oversee employee relations, addressing employee inquiries and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
    3. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality to support effective HR operations.
    4. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to align with company goals.
    5. Coordinate training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and performance.
    6. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and management to drive growth and improvement.
    7. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory adherence.
    8. Prepare HR reports and maintain HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making.

    Qualification Requirements

    1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field to demonstrate foundational knowledge and expertise.
    2. 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related role to showcase practical application and skills.
    3. Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations to navigate complex HR challenges.
    4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    5. Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    6. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software to leverage technology and streamline processes.
    7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
    8. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving to drive results and continuous improvement.
