Motivate and develop the finance team to achieve functional objectives.
Approach change management to improve functional systems and practices.
Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Accounting Standards (IAS).Lead the finance team in preparing accurate financial reports meeting the required standards.
The Successful ApplicantUAE National with Family Book (REQUIRED)10+ years of experience within financial strategy, financial governance, and compliance with IFRS standards.
