- Generate leads to Increase client database (Prospecting and qualify leads from different sources)
- Follow up with prospective clients by telephone/email or in person.
- Providing excellent customer service and looking for new ways to enhance the client experience.
- Present, promote and sell services to prospects by using convincing and negotiating skills.
- Effectively managing and driving the sales cycle from prospection to successful closure.
- Making sure to achieving and aiming to exceed assigned targets within agreed timelines.
- Effectively Prepare daily sales forecasts and pipeline reports for senior management.
- Maintain and report sales activity on CRM.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager.
- Answer product and service-related questions, advise suitable package to attract potential customers.
- Enhanced productivity levels by anticipating client needs and delivering outstanding support.

- Cold calling on generated leads to qualify them, brief them about our platform & Accounting bookkeeping services, answer their concerns & inquiries and sending company details for further discussion
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Good computer skills for sending contracts, managing an excel sheet.
- Experience in startups is a must.
- Experience in a Fin-Tech/Accounting company is preferred.
- Confident with a passion for creating a great customer experience by catering to their needs and striving for continuous improvement.
