    Job Description
    • Generate leads to Increase client database (Prospecting and qualify leads from different sources)
    • Follow up with prospective clients by telephone/email or in person.
    • Providing excellent customer service and looking for new ways to enhance the client experience.
    • Present, promote and sell services to prospects by using convincing and negotiating skills.
    • Effectively managing and driving the sales cycle from prospection to successful closure.
    • Making sure to achieving and aiming to exceed assigned targets within agreed timelines.
    • Effectively Prepare daily sales forecasts and pipeline reports for senior management.
    • Maintain and report sales activity on CRM.
    • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests.
    • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager.
    • Answer product and service-related questions, advise suitable package to attract potential customers.
    • Enhanced productivity levels by anticipating client needs and delivering outstanding support.
    • Maintained up-to-date knowledge of product and service changes...
    • Cold calling on generated leads to qualify them, brief them about our platform & Accounting bookkeeping services, answer their concerns & inquiries and sending company details for further discussion
    Qualifications
    • Fluent in both Arabic and English.
    • Good computer skills for sending contracts, managing an excel sheet.
    • Experience in startups is a must.
    • Experience in a Fin-Tech/Accounting company is preferred.
    • Confident with a passion for creating a great customer experience by catering to their needs and striving for continuous improvement.
