We are looking for a Purchase officer with atleast 3+years experience in
Interior Decoration, Fitout & Joinery industry in UAE

We Prefer applicants that can join immediately.

Job responsibilities:
❖Ensure all procurement is within the relevant departmental budgets and that it is in line with procurement best practices, internal and donor policies and procedures

❖Review and update of procurement policies

❖Track the items on the procurement plan and ensure that it is up to date

❖Find suppliers and negotiate contracts and best prices on quality equipment, materials and other essential items may need; ensure compliance with the terms and conditions

❖Ensures adherence to requirements for competitive procurement (quotation requirements) and the overall management of the tender process while maintaining confidentiality in bidding and tendering process

❖ Provide high quality, effective procurement services to the group through the management

❖ Supporting delivery and update of the procurement plan by taking ownership and responsibility for leading and delivering.

❖ Facilitate and support integration of procurement as an in-house function. Driving delivery of the procurement work plan

❖ Support Head of Procurement in the creation and development of an in-house procurement function and advise on compliance and opportunities to support business need

❖ Support the development of an effective and forward-thinking procurement strategy to support the changing needs

of the organization.

❖ Support and mentor any junior Procurement officers to ensure ongoing development in procurement skills, attitude and professionalism.

❖ Provide professional advice and guidance to stakeholders on procurement matters and the implications of legislation relating to the group.

❖ Ensuring current practice is positively and continuously challenged to deliver optimum value for money and customer service.

❖ Develop and maintain effective external relationships and partnerships which help promote the organization and provide opportunities for the benefit of the group.
