<\/p> On behalf of
our client, a leading company in the hard commodity/Industrial  sector headquartered in Abu
Dhabi, we are seeking an experienced Accountant / Senior Accountant. This role
requires a highly qualified professional with strong technical expertise, a
hands -on approach, and the ability to manage the full spectrum of accounting
responsibilities under both international and UAE standards. <\/span>
<\/div> Role overview: <\/b><\/span>
<\/div>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage the full accounting cycle,
including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, fixed
assets, accruals, provisions, and closing activities.<\/span>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Prepare and review monthly,
quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and UAE
regulations.<\/span>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure adherence to local (UAE) and
international accounting standards, tax, and compliance requirements.<\/span>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Conduct cash flow management,
budgeting, and forecasting to support business operations and decision -making.<\/span>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Supervise audits and liaise with
external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.<\/span>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Implement and enhance internal
controls, policies, and financial procedures.<\/span>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide financial analysis and
reports to management for strategic planning.<\/span>
<\/p><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>

<\/h1>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Bachelor's or Master's Degree in
Accounting, Finance, or related field.<\/span>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>10+ years of professional accounting
experience, with at least 5 years in the hard commodity industry (metals,
energy, resources, or related sectors).<\/span>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Proven expertise across the entire
accounting spectrum (general accounting, reporting, compliance, audits,
taxation, etc.).<\/span>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong knowledge of UAE corporate tax
framework and IFRS.<\/span>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
(pivot tables, financial modeling, automation).<\/span>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Fluency in English and Russian
(spoken and written) is essential.<\/span>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong problem -solving mindset with a
hands -on and proactive approach.<\/span>
