    KeyResponsibilities

    Set Up AMDivision Support:

    • HoDsupport: Supporting the Head of Dept in any business-relatedcapacity.
    • Support in the set up a suite ofdocuments from Pitch, proposal to award and closeout.
    • Manage catalogue of studies to create abenchmark for operating models cost impact andperformance.
    • Support and advise on techsolutions across JLL to enhance the operations and AMdelivery.
    • Manage the pitch, RFP, process. Eachproject will be assigned a lead ataward.
    • Attend Events, and travel to site toparticipate in workshops or presentations or meetings on awardedassignments as per contract.
    • AM team Support:Supporting the AM team to deliver quality standards of work toclients.
    • Portfolio Analysis: Conduct detailedanalysis and evaluation of client portfolios, including financialperformance, asset valuation (with valuation department), riskassessment, and market trends. Provide strategic recommendations tooptimize portfolios based on clientobjectives.
    • Financial Modeling: Developsophisticated financial models (with finance team) to analyzeinvestment opportunities, assess the financial viability ofpotential projects, and determine optimal asset strategies. Conductsensitivity analysis and scenario planning to provide clients withinsightful decision-making tools.
    • MarketResearch: Stay abreast of real estate market trends, economicindicators, and industry benchmarks. Conduct market research andfeasibility studies to identify investment opportunities, assessrisks, and develop strategic decision-making processes forclients.
    • Portfolio Optimization: Collaboratewith the PAMS teams in developing and implementing portfoliooptimization strategies tailored to each client'sobjectives and risk profile. Recommend value-enhancing initiatives,such as asset repositioning, divestments, or capitalimprovements.
    • Performance Reporting: Review /Prepare comprehensive portfolio performance reports/ dashboards forC suite, financial statements, and key performance indicators(KPIs) for clients. Highlight actionable insights, trends, andpotential risks, and provide recommendations to improve financialoutcomes.
    • Due Diligence: Assist clients inevaluating potential investment opportunities through thorough duediligence, financial modeling, and risk assessments. Provide expertguidance during acquisition processes, including evaluation offinancial feasibility, lease analysis, and marketpositioning.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration:Collaborate with internal teams, such as Leasing, PropertyManagement, and Capital Markets, to leverage cross-functionalexpertise in developing client solutions. Build strongrelationships with external stakeholders, including clients,brokers, legal advisors, and financialinstitutions.
    • Thought Leadership: Stay up todate with industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovationsin real estate portfolio management and investment analysis. Shareknowledge within the team and contribute to thought leadershipinitiatives.

    Qualifications AndSkills

    Bachelor'sdegree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field.Master's degree is preferred.

    Minimumof 8-10 years of experience in financial analysis, portfoliomanagement, or related roles within the realestate.

    Strong financial and analyticalskills. Proficiency in using advanced Excel and varioussoftware's for complexanalysis.

    Excellent knowledge of real estatefinance, investment analysis, and valuation techniques, with aproven track record of successful portfoliooptimization.

    Solid understanding of marketdynamics, industry trends, and economic indicators relevant to REinvestments.

    Experience in conducting duediligence and evaluating investmentopportunities.

    Excellent communication andpresentation skills to effectively convey complex concepts andinsights.

    Strong organizational skills withthe ability to manage multiple projects anddeadlines.
