Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect all relevant data for monthly reporting and reporting any lag in data collection to Senior Officer/Manager
  • Ensure accuracy and validity of data used in all reports and data analyses
  • Analyze incoming data for arriving at statistically significant results
  • Create, maintain and share documentation of all reports developed
  • Produce daily reports for RCM team members & monthly report for executive leadership
  • Assist RCM team in identifying system issues and raise to the concerned team for resolution
  • Develop and manipulate data sets and provide analysis of volumes, payer behaviours, cash performance, and other revenue cycle data
  • Maintain positive working relationships within the department/section and between various facility departments
  • Collaborate with other members of the team to carry out work smoothly

Experience Required:

  • 24 years of experience in a revenue cycle analytical position
  • Understanding of revenue cycle workflow in the hospital and ambulatory environment (registration, scheduling, coding, billing, contracting)
  • Experience translating business needs into data models and predictive algorithms
  • Experience in a large healthcare facility in the UAE
  • SQL Database Management

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

Healthcare Database Management: 2 years (required)
