• Lead and mentor a team ofdesigners, including architects, structural engineers, steel andaluminium detailers.
• Foster a creative andcollaborative work environment, encouraging the team to generatefresh ideas and concepts.
• Plan, organize, andprioritize design projects to meet deadlines and budgetconstraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functionalteams, including engineering, projects, and production, to ensurethe successful execution of designprojects.
• Develop and implement designstrategies that align with the company's branding andbusiness goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industrytrends and competitors' designinitiatives.
• Work closely with designers toconceptualize and create design concepts, sketches, orprototypes.
• Review and approve design proposalsand presentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree inStructural Engineering, Architecture, or a relatedfield.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience instructural design and engineering.
• Provenexperience in team leadership andmanagement.
• Strong knowledge of designprinciples, structural engineering, andmaterials.
• Excellent project management andorganizational skills.
• Creative thinker withthe ability to generate innovative designconcepts.
• Proficiency in design software andtools.
• Effective communication and teamworkabilities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment todelivering high-quality work.
• Indian nationalswill be given first preference.
