JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Eight to Ten years' experience in similar role in Soft Services in the UAE handling Multiple Projects operations & knowledge of costing.
• Excellent Knowledge on Operational Budgeting. Project Estimation and Cost control.
• Excellent skills in using MS office, CAFM Systems and ERP systems.
• Strong interpersonal Skills and good Commanding ability.
• Change Management & problem-Solving abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of Standard industry regulations and Work Place Health & Safety Regulations in the region.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent communication skills in English and any two other languages.
• Ability to manage 1000 multicultural workforce and to work long and flexible hours.
• Certificate in BICSc / other cleaning accreditation preferred.
• Should have a Bachelors Degree / Equivalent.
• Driving License in UAE.
• Certifications in Health & Safety / Environmental Management Systems.
