Job Description
- Manage daily operations of assigned residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties.
- Act as the main point of contact for tenants and ensure they are aware of the procedure.
- Assist in preparing the project budget
- Liaise with internal teams (PDD, Legal, Leasing and etc.) to ensure aligned asset management outcomes
- Assist it implementing asset improvement/efficiency initiatives
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and facility services with contractors and vendors
- Conduct regular property inspections and prepare condition reports
- Manage service contracts and vendor performance
- Prepare operational, financial, and occupancy reports and support budgeting and expense control activities.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Resolve tenant complaints and operational issues promptly
- Coordinate move-in and move-out tenants and per the procedures.
