    Qualifications:

    Proven experience inoperations and HR management preferably in manufacturing orconstruction

    Strong understanding of businessfunctions (HR finance operations etc.).

    Excellent leadership communication and decisionmaking skills.

    Knowledge of the UAE labor legislation and HRbest practices.

    Proficiency in HR software andtools.

    Bachelors degree in BusinessAdministration Human Resources or related field.
