• Develop new products and enhanceexisting products
• Identify strategicopportunities to transform our end-user productexperience
• Work with a group of talenteddesigners, data scientists and engineers
• Workcollaboratively with partners in the organization to definepriorities, plan projects and designapproaches
• Demonstrate thought leadership bycontributing subject matter expertise in the areas of design,storytelling, interaction design, visual design, user research anduser behaviour
• Demonstrate strong productinstincts, technical knowledge and obsession for the consumer tocreate and drive the roadmap for ourproducts
• Use data and deep customer insights topose and answer key questions, and drive product vision andstrategy
• Own the entire design and developmentprocess, and manage projectsend-to-end
• Demonstrate effective collaborationin a matrixed, cross-functional team
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree inEngineering or a related field
• 1 - 2 years ofexperience in working in a Product Development department for atechnology company
• Knowledge of multiplefunctional areas such as UX/UI, Product Management, Engineering,Sales, Customer Support, Finance, andMarketing
• Know how to take ideas, defineproducts, and ship features
• Ability tounderstand problems with clarity and discover and eliminatecomplexity and ambiguity in projects to establish goals andexpectations for services required
• Exhibitionof great collaboration and communicationskills
• Skilled in design process andfacilitation
• Good problem-solving,organizational and analytical skills
• Keen onbuilding delightful experiences, have an eye for detail and a realpassion for understanding customers along with prioritizing theirneeds
