    KONE Middle East, Turkey & Africa (KMTA) is embarking upon an exciting growth phase through direct presence across 7 regions and to complement our growth plans, Service Sales is considered to be a strategic priority for our Business.

    Reporting directly to the Service Sales Manager, we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Engineer - Service to be based in our Sharjah - UAE office. In this role, you will lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and customers which are strategic or nationally/locally important. You will proactively identify solutions and develop processes that add value to our customers.

    A service mindset is an outlook that focuses on creating customer trust, value, and loyalty and hence we are looking for somebody with a proven track record of being a go-getter who understands how to partner and collaborate with the business. We need someone who has the ability to influence, is result-driven, and a strong commercial acumen skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years' Service Sales experience within the Elevator industry
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service
  • Ability to interpret and analyze customer needs
  • Passion for sales, with a proven track record in handling Key Accounts and a strong customer focus
  • Excellent Arabic & English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • GCC experience is preferred.
