Responsibilities:

SAP System Management:
Oversee the daytoday operations and maintenance of the SAP system, including configurations, upgrades, and customizations with a focus on SAP Business One.
Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and identify potential improvements to the SAP system, ensuring alignment with security best practices.
Develop and implement strategies for optimizing system performance, data integrity, and SAP security controls.
Manage and enforce user access controls within the SAP system, including regular user reviews and access role updates in accordance with the principle of least privilege.
Lead the resolution of any technical issues related to the SAP system and collaborate with vendors for support when necessary.
Stay informed of the latest SAP trends, technologies, and security vulnerabilities, evaluating potential upgrades, enhancements, and necessary mitigation strategies.
Manage and collaborate with internal and external IT vendors, ensuring adherence to security protocols.
Lead projects related to IT software and hardware upgrades, implementations, and maintenance, prioritizing solutions that enhance system security and user access control.
Oversee the implementation and enforcement of comprehensive IT security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and relevant regulations.
Manage IT budgets and resources effectively, ensuring proper allocation for security measures and upgrades.
Troubleshoot and resolve ITrelated issues for endusers, prioritizing issues that could potentially compromise system security.
