    Job DescriptionKey Accountabilities:
    Provide support to key regulatory initiatives in GM (IBOR transition, OIS), new business and strategic initiatives across the franchise.
    Strong project management and business analyst skills. Proven track record of delivering complex projects with significant business and IT system impact.

    A detailed working knowledge of the financial market products traded by FAB Global Markets across all trade lifecycle verticals (Technology, GM Pricing and Risk management, Valuation, Operations).A diligent and methodical mentality with a focus on delivering change in an organized, auditable and sustainable manner that will continue to operate effectively in BAU.Representing Front Office, strong networker able to face-off to different parts of the organization (GT, CGF, MRA, MRM, IPV, IT, GMO, Compliance, Legal) front office, back office, IT and Corporate Functions, particularly international partners.

    Support in business project management and overall management of various project stakeholders, plan and implementation.

    Ensure Global market project adhere to FAB governance, reporting progress and status, prepare and lead workshops & steering committees and provide appropriate escalation where necessary.

    Coordinate with the relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and correct inputs to keep within timeline of the deliverables.

    Ability to prepare executive level presentations to an exceptionally high standard and to present articulately and concisely (ExcCo to working group level).Positive 'can-do' attitude to lead/drive change, even for reluctant stakeholders/business partners or faced with ambiguous requirements, and a willingness to get 'stuck-in' where required.

    A self-starter, proven ability to manage work autonomously and use own initiative. Willing to take ownership, be proactive, and drive delivery milestones against tight schedules.

    Ensure risks, issues and dependencies are being recorded, monitored, reported to right forums and proactively managed to minimize disruption to timely delivery.

    Support with BAU issues and tasks.


    Frameworks, Boundaries & Decision-making Authority:Functions within the framework and boundaries of Group policies as well as overall organisational and governance frameworks.

    Authorised to take decisions as per the approved authorisation matrix.


    QualificationsMinimum Experience:

    years of experience in risk in a Global Markets or Investment Banking capacity with a knowledge of risk, murex, project management, trading platforms.

    Stakeholder management and co-ordination;Proven track record in delivering complex financial projects across Risk, Finance, IT, Operations and reporting at a Group level.


    Minimum Qualification:

    Bachelor's Degree in engineering or finance;Excellent organizational, problem solving, and written/verbal communication skills;A strong sense of ownership and are able to work independently and take initiative;Experience with all phases of a project life cycle;Strong co-ordination and stakeholder management skills;Microsoft suite, especially Excel and Powerpoint;Project management certification a plus, although not mandatory.
