Meat Factory Helpers
United Arab Emirates - Ireland

We are looking to recruit general workers to work in a meat processing facility in Ireland.

They will need to be physically fit, used to working in a cold environment as meat factories are cold, not squeamish and not afraid of blood.

Kitchen experience, food preparation & obviously butchers would be useful as they would be used to handling food correctly.

They will be doing general works like:

  • Weighing of carcasses, quality control of carcass
  • Cut, trim and preparing meat cuts to specific meat and industry specification. (training provided)
  • Clean tools, equipment and work surfaces
  • Packing and preparing meat for storage in line with stock rotation, required temperatures traceability standards and correct product dressing
  • Dispatch / Palletizing
  • Lifting 20kg weighted boxes of meat

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Worked in a meat factory or supermarket
  • Experience in packing, loading and unloading boxes
  • Can carry heavy boxes
  • Can work in a cold environment/section

Salary:
AED7, AED8,000.00 per month
