Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:
Identify and prospect potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.

Understand clients' needs and present suitable printing and advertising solutions that align with their objectives.

Build a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities to achieve sales targets.


Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.

Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

Continuously assess client feedback to improve services and enhance customer satisfaction.


Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate the value of our printing and advertising solutions.

Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts while ensuring a win-win scenario for both the client and the company.


Market Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for business growth.

Analyze market data to develop targeted sales strategies that differentiate our solutions from competitors.


Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and operations, to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Communicate client requirements and expectations effectively to internal teams for successful project delivery.


Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to provide insights into sales performance.


Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record of 5 Years in B2B sales, preferably in the printing and advertising industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach to achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.

Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing market conditions.

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
