Collaborate with senior leadership to set revenue goals and company strategy, and implements a sales plan to drive revenue growthRecommend appropriate strategies for maximizing profits and minimize risksExecute long-term real estate strategies that align with Expo's business goalsManage properties by identifying opportunities for sales, development or leasingCreate strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels, possessing an ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Accounting, Engineering, MBA, Architecture, Construction Management, Management, Economics or a related fieldExcellent organization and planning skillsExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation skillsExcellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
