Job Summary:
Looking for an experienced and talented Tele sales Agent who have proven track record to convert high ticket leads into enrolments.

Specific Requirements:
- Sales Executive/Student Recruitment Officer* to convert leads into enrolments.
Successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

High Ticket Leads Closure:
- Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
Expected to reach a daily average of calls per day including lead generation and responding to telephone queries
:
- You will be implementing student recruitment activities to expand the higher education and vocational training prospective students.
From supplied leads, you will need to qualify leads to nurture them through their decision path and then convert them into enrolled students
:
- You will be required to maintain and update CRM with interactions with prospective students.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics will be well regarded.
- You will be involved in the execution of various student recruitment events, activities, and exhibitions.
- Providing support to the admissions team as required.
Application Procedure:
Telemarketing Sales: 2 year Minimum
High Ticket Sales: 2 year Minimum
