Role Summary

  • Drive profitable growth through new opportunities, cross and upselling, market penetration and organic growth of custom engineered products and solutions.
  • Develop sales plans to achieve business and financial goals and drive sales growth through effective pricing strategies and gotomarket strategy.
  • Lead the preparation of high value tenders.
  • Sales forecasting and achieving annual sales targets.
  • Business networking to build strong industry relationships to maximize sales growth.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years UAE / GCC business development and sales experience in high value, large scale industrial HVAC valves products and services.
  • Strong relationships with contractors, developers, consultants and end users.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with expertise in consultative sales and negotiation.
  • UAE / GCC driving license is mandatory.
  • Currently living in the UAE.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Selfstarter hunter with a business mindset to offer customerspecific products and services sales, retrofits, upgrades, process control, automation, safety and reliability.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
