Role Summary
- Drive profitable growth through new opportunities, cross and upselling, market penetration and organic growth of custom engineered products and solutions.
- Develop sales plans to achieve business and financial goals and drive sales growth through effective pricing strategies and gotomarket strategy.
- Lead the preparation of high value tenders.
- Sales forecasting and achieving annual sales targets.
- Business networking to build strong industry relationships to maximize sales growth.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 5+ years UAE / GCC business development and sales experience in high value, large scale industrial HVAC valves products and services.
- Strong relationships with contractors, developers, consultants and end users.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with expertise in consultative sales and negotiation.
- UAE / GCC driving license is mandatory.
- Currently living in the UAE.
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Selfstarter hunter with a business mindset to offer customerspecific products and services sales, retrofits, upgrades, process control, automation, safety and reliability.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
