    Job Purpose

    The Analyst is responsible to deliver Projects within the approved Budgets, scope and timelines. To create & maintain Project documentation and work with Technology, Business and partners/vendors for Technology Project Delivery. Maintain a complete understanding and adheres to FAB IT policies and processes. The Jobholder is to provide support in managing Project documentation on project management tools as applicable (viz. Clarity, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project Plan)

    Key Accountabilities

  • End to end Project Implementation of Cards, ATM & Loyalty Project implementation experience.
  • Candidate should have good understanding of the Cards, ATM & Loyalty eco-systems and very good understanding of Cards products & ATM Platform.
  • Hands on experience in handling various phases of the project – Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control and Closure and Risk management.
  • Candidate should be Techno Functional and ability to engage with cross functional teams, problem solving and good negotiation skills.
  • Must have experience in Scope, Time and Budget management and focus on delivery.
  • Able to handle minimum of 2-3 Projects at any given time.
  • Hands on experience Project Management tools in handling Microsoft Project Plan (MPP), JIRA, Clarity
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication with proven ability to manage stakeholders at various levels.
  • Manages day to day operation aspects of a project. Resolve any challenges of projects to enable the teams to deliver on time.
  • Reviews deliverables prepared by the team.
  • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Identify issues and risks in the Project and advise stakeholders well in advance.
  • Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of Project Manager
  • Participate in the problem resolution with Technology and vendor and Business teams.
  • Good team player with the ability to work very effectively in a collaborative and team-oriented manner with other team members. Must have initiative and a positive work attitude and must be a quick learner with a zeal for self-learning. Must be confident, eager and willing to take on new challenges. Must be cooperative with good interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Identifies Risks and Issues proactively and suggest areas of improvement.
  • Maintain Projects tracker of various team initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with Cards, ATM and Loyalty Domains
  • Practical experience generating Project documentation and reports.
  • Comprehensive Delivery of Projects adhering to Project Governance Framework
  • Collaborates with multiple teams (Internal & External) to ensure timely Project delivery.
  • Qualifications

  • A University degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in delivery of Technology Projects with Project management methodologies (Agile, waterfall, Iterative)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project Plan, Clarity, JIRA, and Confluence
  • Proficient Domain Skills in Cards, ATM & Loyalty, and Sufficient analytical skills
