Description

Responsibilities:

Handle Spare Parts & Service Operation process. Creates WO, delivery notes,

technicians time accounting, invoicing & follow up on payments if any.
-
Work on CRM( Salesforce), follow up until completion with Service Operation & customers
:

Follow up & completion of time bound task & report to Service Administrator
:

Managing Tools Inventory:

-
Lease Fleet management
  • Contracts, PO and Invoices:
-
Invoices for Commissioning & Internal Service jobs.

Job Requirements:


Experience & Knowledge:

Knowledge of Service Business
  • Similar industry:
-
Should have financial understanding (Cost & Revenue & Profit) & understand Customer

Satisfaction.

Prefer to have experience in SAP:

-
Experience on sales force will be added advantage.

Education:

Commerce Graduate

Skills:

Well versed with computer & usage of excel, words and power points:

Able to generate qualitative report towards customer and management:

Customer Handling, Verbal & written communication skills are mandatory:
