Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities· Should ensure compliance with stringent fire safety regulations, perform regular inspections, and oversee fire drills to ensure occupants' safety.· Develop and implement effective fire safety strategies and programs in alignment with local and international standards.· Conduct regular risk assessments and inspections to identify potential fire hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.· Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external authorities to ensure strict adherence to fire safety protocols.· Lead emergency response and evacuation drills, providing training and guidance to staff.· Oversee the maintenance and testing of fire protection systems and equipment.· Investigate incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.· Stay updated on changes in safety regulations and industry best practices, updating policies and procedures accordingly.
