    Role : CRM Consultant

    As a Microsoft Dynamics techno functional consultant, you will be familiar with at least one implementation of a commercial CRM system in dynamics 365. You will be responsible for analysis, designing, building, and testing. You will be considered a product expert that is also responsible for providing support in CRM issue escalation and resolution. This role is typically focused on more complex assignments, often requiring diverse inputs, processes, and/or outcomes with room for discretion within established parameters

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist across all phases of the project (e.g. Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, and Test)
    • Support the design of conceptual architecture and technical solutions.
    • Leverage technical expertise to Architect Design and Solution CRM solutions.
    • Enhance the efficiency of the development, testing and release process.
    • Implementation of complex programs.
    • Ensure technical issues are resolved in a cost-effective, efficient, and timely manner.
    • Adhere to the software development standards adopted in ADPORTS.
    • Technical documentation on work items which consists of technical risks and issues, and actively work to avoid, mitigate, and resolve risks and technical debt
    • Partner with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, positive client interaction and solution delivery.
    • Add support for new versions of the platform
    • Support the team in defining technical, operational and user requirements
    • Establish and maintain project plans, and manage projects to plans
    • Business Case development and Vendor Management
    • Identify, track and resolve project risks and issues as they arise
    • Ensure projects adhere to internal development guidelines
    • Identify, negotiate and obtain appropriate project resources
    • Identify stakeholders and engage stakeholder ownership of projects
    • Benchmark processes/services with other service providers and competitors.
    • Function as a liaison with business teams to perform gap analysis of vendor product functionality to business process requirements to elicit business agreement on defined product workflows.
    • Business process adjustments (where possible to align with the product offering).
    • Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.
    • Work with internal and external business partners to document, control and implement business processes, policies as required.
    • Monitor Project Progress, Highlight Risk on timely basis.
    • Keep up-to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

    Work Interfaces:

    · Experience working as MS CRM consultant in a reputed organization.

    · Must have implemented more then 2 CRM projects.

    · Experience in logistics and maritime industry is a preferred.

    Requirements

    Educational and Technical Qualifications:

    • bachelor's degree in a software or technical industry (or equivalent practical experience).
    • 5+ years' experience successfully performing in similar roles.
    • Following certifications are considered advantage.
    • Dynamics 365 for Field Service Functional Consultant Associate
    • Dynamics 365 for Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate
    • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 for Sales Functional Consultant Associate
    • Minimum 5 Years MSD CRM experience.
    • Minimum 5 Years' experience in working as a MSD CRM Consultant.
    • Minimum 2 End to End implementation experience.
    • Experience in implementing online (cloud)CRM solutions
    • Good experience in implementing MSD CRM Sales, Customer Service, Marketing modules
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Knowledge in Azure technologies like Azure Functions, Logic Apps development are advantageous.
    • Experience in public sector is desirable.
    • Proficient in related technologies such as Microsoft Flow, Office 365, SSRS, SSIS, SharePoint, Microsoft Azure and Power BI, Microsoft Azure (LogicApps, Azure Functions, Data Factory), Groups or Teams, Omni Channel, PowerApps and Common Data Services.
    • Experience in developing and designing technical solutions such as custom development for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement , Dynamics CRM (Jscript, C# plugins, web development, systems integration)
    • Experience in enterprise integration patterns such as SOAP web services, RESTful APIs, API management, SOA frameworks, as well as options such as ETL.
    • Experience in using the Scrum agile framework and use of tools such as Visual Studio Team Services or JIRA Agile.

    Language Skills:

    · English – Good Written and Spoken.

    · Arabic – is preferred
