    We arelooking for a project manager to join our growing translationagency.

    The responsibilities of the roleinclude:

    Management andprocessing of customer orders

    Full projectlifecycle coordination

    Customer support andcare

    Managing translators and other linguiststo ensure projects are delivered correctly

    Providing excellent customer service to clients andsubcontractors

    Sourcing and recruitment ofsubcontractors

    Using in-house CRMsoftware

    Diary management

    Required skills/attributesinclude:

    Excellent organisationand timekeeping

    Strong communication, bothwritten and oral

    A positive and friendlyapproach to customers

    A commitment todelivering excellent customer services

    Theability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines

    Meticulous attention to detail
