Assist clients with inquiries related to their crypto investments via various communication channels (email, chat, phone).Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively.

Offer guidance and support on crypto trading platforms and tools.
Help clients with technical issues on their accounts.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the cryptocurrency market to provide informed assistance.
Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
