As Captain at Hakkasan, you will providehands-on support and assistance to colleagues to ensure that thehighest levels of fine dining service and courtesy are provided toour guests, greet all guests as they are being seated, creating aprofessional and friendly rapport in order to ensure a positivefirst impression and exceptional standard of service.

You will befamiliar with the complete food and beverage menu, knowledgeable onall promotional activities, and provides specialist advice toguests and colleagues on menu items when required.

In addition tothe above a priority of this role will be to closely monitor theconsistency of food and beverage items that are being served toensure overall service quality, escalating any major problems orcomplaints to management.
