1. CustomerService:
   • Greetcustomers as they enter the showroom and provide assistance in afriendly and professionalmanner.
     
   • Listento customers needs and preferences and recommend products that bestsuit theirrequirements.
     
   • Answercustomer inquiries regarding product features pricing availabilityand deliveryoptions.
     
2. ProductKnowledge:
   • Developa thorough understanding of the companys products and servicesincluding features benefits andpricing.
     
   • Stayupdated on new arrivals promotions and special offers toeffectively promote and upsell products tocustomers.
     
3. Salesand RevenueGeneration:
   • Activelyengage with customers to identify opportunities for sales andcrossselling/upselling.
     
   • Meetor exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by thecompany.
     
   • Processsales transactions accurately and efficiently including cashhandling and paymentprocessing.
     
4. ShowroomMaintenance:
   • Ensurethe showroom is clean organized and properly stocked at alltimes.
     
   • Arrangedisplays and product presentations to highlight key features andpromotions.
     
   • Monitorinventory levels and communicate restocking needs to theappropriatepersonnel.
     
5. CustomerRelationshipManagement:
   • Buildand maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyaltyand repeatbusiness.
     
   • Followup with customers postsale to ensure satisfaction and address anyconcerns orissues.
     
6. AdministrativeTasks:
   • Maintainaccurate records of sales transactions customer interactions andinventorylevels.
     
   • Preparedaily sales reports and submit them to management asrequired.
     

Requirements

• bachelorsdegree in Business Administration or related field is aplus.
  
• Femalesis preferred.
• Provenexperience in retail sales or customer service roles preferably ina showroom or retailenvironment.
  
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
  
• Strongsales acumen and negotiationabilities.
  
• Abilityto work effectively in a fastpaced teamorientedenvironment.
  
• Proficiencyin MS Office suite (Word Excel Outlook) and pointofsale (POS)systems.
  
• Detailorientedwith a focus on providing exceptional customerservice.
