    We are seeking a visionary leader to serve as the Head of School, leading our diverse community towards educational excellence and holistic development.

    Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership to all aspects of the school's operations, fostering a culture of academic excellence and student well-being.

    Oversee curriculum implementation in alignment with both American and British educational standards.
    Build a positive and collaborative school community, engaging students, faculty, parents, and external stakeholders.
    Manage and allocate resources effectively, ensuring the overall success and growth of the institution.
    Uphold the values and mission of the school while driving continuous improvement.
    Requirements to ApplyMaster's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
    A proven track record of successful leadership as a Head of School or in a similar senior management role.
    Familiarity with both American and British educational systems.
    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    Experience in international education settings is an advantage.
    Skills and Other RequirementsDemonstrated ability to implement and enhance educational programs to meet high standards.
    Visionary thinking with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse school community.
