    • Prepare Budget, forecasts,strategic plans, and reports.
    • Reviewperformance to date and assess potential risks andopportunities.
    • Developing financial models andinsights on topics such as: Revenue planning using CRM data onprojects, opportunities. Fulfilment planning, Compensationanalysis, Working capital analysis.
    • Workalongside supply chain and operations team on order to cash andprocure to pay processes and define process metrics to improveoperational efficiency. Allowing them to improve decision makingand validate change in the business.
    • Identifybusiness growth drivers and trends. Master and explain internal andexternal drivers impacting performance andtrends.
    • Produce monthly reporting to verticalheads on financial results and actionsrequired.
    • Facilitate business review meetingswith vertical heads and work with business managers to ensureeffective finance and cost management.
    • Leadprocess improvement initiatives.
    • Aid divisionalaccounting on the monthly and quarterly financial closeprocess.
    • Partnering with the vertical heads todevelop strategic long term strategic and operatingplans.
    • Mentor and guide members of the financeteam, fostering a culture of continuous learning andimprovement.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in FinanceCIMA/CMA/ACCA/ACA/CPA or BusinessAdministration.
    • FP&A experience inGeneral/Product Trading company is mandatory.
    • Aminimum 5-year experience in financial planning andanalysis.
    • Strong critical thinking andanalytical skills, attention to detail, data analysis, andproblem-solving skills
    • Ability to workindependently and in teams, collaborating in a multi-culturalenvironment.
    • Excellent communication skills,both written and verbal, with the ability to present complexfinancial information in a clear and concisemanner.
    • Experience in developing, designing,and maintaining Power BI reports (Power Query, Data Model creation,Report Creation, DAX knowledge).
    • AdvancedMicrosoft Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce), EPMand financial reporting systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365(F&O).
