    • Assist in the processing andrenewing of all types of visas, including employment visas,residence visas for employees as well as for entertainers, alcohollicense, shisha license, Kids Clubpermits
    • Assist the reservation team forapplication of guest required visas
    • Monitor therenewal of permits and licenses including hotels' tradelicense, liquor trading license, chamber of commerce certificatesof registration, civil defense certificate for the hotel,etc.
    • Create & maintain a systematicfiling system for all government relation matters. Maintain filingsystem & database
    • Create &Maintain a Licenses and permit tracker to ensure renewal in timelymanner
    • Have a working knowledge of allT&C Standards Operating Procedures
    • FileGovernment Related documents in employee's personalfile
    • Liaise with the Hotel Nurse to ensure thatemployees who have direct contact with guests must have theirOccupational Health Card
    • Maintain a weeklyExpenses Report & Records with detailedjustification
    • Maintain a passport file systemin the office and keep the records up todate
    • Monitor the visa, UAE ID, passport,occupational health card expiration of all theemployees
    • Coordinate medical schedules with theT&C team in a timely manner to ensure follow up andcompletion of employee's visas and governmental relatedrequirements
    • Act as an ambassador of theT&C team at all time, by maintaining total confidentiality,professionalism and credibility with all Heartists and Leadershipteam
    • Assists with any T&C activitieswhere necessary, such as Townhall, decoration, Heartist'sengagement, events, etc.
    • Carry out otherrelevant tasks and duties as assigned by the Government RelationsTeam
    • Other tasks as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Previous administration experiencerequired
    • Computer literate in Microsoft Windowapplications required
    • University/College degreeis an asset
    • Excellent communication andorganizational skills
    • Should be able to readand write in Arabic
    • Strong interpersonal andproblem solving abilities
    • Strong work ethics& confidentiality
    • Highly responsible& reliable
