Join Our Team as a Call Center Representative (Arabic Speaking)


Are you fluent in Arabic and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our call center team as a Call Center Representative.


Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in Arabic to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution.
  • Provide prompt and courteous service while accurately documenting customer interactions.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and promote additional services or products to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective customer support.

Requirements:


  • Fluent in Arabic (both verbal and written).
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changes quickly.
