AG Resources is looking for Finance Manager for our reputable client.

Location:
Abu Dhabi

Duration: 6 months' renewable contract

The major areas of responsibility include:

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the financial health of the organization.
  • Collaborate with department heads and executives to develop annual budgets and longterm financial forecasts.
  • Track budget performance against actuals, investigate discrepancies, and propose corrective actions.
  • Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities to optimize expenses without compromising on quality or productivity.
  • Implement costcontrol measures and support cost reduction initiatives.
  • Oversee cash flow projections and ensure sufficient liquidity to meet operational requirements.
  • Develop strategies to enhance cash flow efficiency and minimize working capital needs. Knowledge,

Skills and Requirements:


  • CA Qualified is a must.
  • 5+ years post qualification experience in same filed is mandatory.
  • Attention to detail, thoroughness, organization.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and management.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
  • High level of integrity and ethical conduct in handling financial information.
