    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement HR initiatives and systems, focusing on scalability and support for a global, diverse workforce.
    • Provide counseling on policies and procedures, ensuring they meet the needs of our diverse team and comply with international standards.
    • Lead global recruitment efforts, from preparing job descriptions to managing the hiring process, to attract top talent.
    • Design and implement effective onboarding plans that integrate new hires into our culture and operations smoothly.
    • Develop training and development programs tailored to the needs of a tech-focused workforce.
    • Assist in performance management processes and support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues, considering cultural sensitivities.
    • Maintain accurate employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) in compliance with global legal requirements.
    • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance and best practices across different regions.
    • Oversee HR and administration activities, ensuring efficient support for the companys operations.
    • Manage the payroll function, navigating the complexities of compensating a global team.
    • Develop organizational policies and procedures that promote a positive workplace culture and ensure compliance with international standards.
    • Run employee relations programs aimed at maintaining a high level of employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • Oversee the office management function, creating a productive and innovative work environment.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • A minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, managing an HR team.
    • Excellent knowledge of the UAE employment law and good knowledge of regulations, demonstrating the ability to navigate the complexities of international HR practices.
    • Proven experience in a global or multicultural environment, especially within the tech industry.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.
    • Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities, along with a strategic, forward-thinking approach.
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
