    Our client a large Real Estate Co. is lookingfor a highly experienced Head of Marketing to lead communicationstrategies and initiatives across several Real Estate &Properties.

    The right candidate will be able towork as part of a team and will collaborate closely with internaldivisions clients and marketing partners. Strong team dynamicsskills are required for thisposition.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Designand execute marketing strategies that focus on each specificaudience: including tenants brokers investors andemployees/potential employees.

    Build and runcampaigns including email campaigns social media apps at theproperty level and websites to drive market activity andconnectivity.

    Manage the marketing team budgetensure all marketing programs are successful metricsdriven andgoaloriented.

    Represent the Co. at events be athought leader/brand ambassador and gather market intelligencewhile exposing the company to the broaderindustry.

    Oversee development and implementationof marketing and media budget and overarching marketing planincluding management of all digital assets (ie. website social)media partnerships and fulfill all elements of eachpartnership.

    Identify and implement effectivesocial media campaigns

    Establish effective mediarelationships on a local and national level to secure coverage froma wide range of mediums

    Work closely with clientsand partners to ensure their desired objectives areachieved

    Act as the project/traffic manager whilepartnering with the creative department to ensure all necessarypromotional materials collateral etc. are onbrand for allparties

    Create recap documents of each tournamentincluding hard data key metrics andrecommendations

    Work closely with clientsinternal communication team

    Work closely withclients executive teams preparing speaking points and creatingformal documents outlining speakingengagements

    Carry out assigned tasks with limitedsupervision including coordinating and implementingprojects

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    BachelorsDegree with solid 8 years of experience pref. in the Real EstateDeveloper/Brokerage firm.

    Savvy with alldigital/social platforms as well as offlinemarketing.

    Ability to effectively managetemporary and onsite support staff

    Capacity tobecome an authority on our clients brands and the state of clientsindustries

    Proven success in building positiveclient relationships as well as managing up anddown

    Demonstrated ability to selfstart andinitiate work

    Experience managing and maintaininga budget

    Agility to problem solve and workeffectively under pressure while working as both part of a team aswell as independently

    Excellent written andverbal skills and ability to communicate clearly andprofessionally

    Excellent organizational skillsattention to detail and the ability tomultitask

    Collaborative in nature with a no jobis too small attitude to assist with overall account team dutiesand additional programs asneeded
