Job Title:

Senior Business Analyst (IT) - Bilingual - Female (Arabic/English)We are actively seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with expertise in IT projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
• Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and systems.
• Conduct thorough requirement gathering and translate business needs into comprehensive specifications.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate and effective implementation of business requirements.
• Lead and participate in project planning, scoping, and delivery activities.
• Perform impact analysis and assess potential risks associated with proposed solutions.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in IT projects (minimum 5 years).
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proficient in documenting requirements using industrystandard tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or other project management methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
