- Risk strategy development andimplementation - lead the development of the organisations riskstrategy, evolving this as the organisations maturityimproves.
- Risk appetite - help furtherdevelop/adjust the organisations risk appetite as the environment,strategy and maturity change.
- Risk strategy -guided by the risk appetite, set roadmap and prioritise group andteam activities to improve the management of risk across theorganisation and enable improvement inmaturity.
- Risk identification, riskassessment/analysis, process flow and controls assessment,documentation and reporting - will be done partnering closely withbusiness stakeholders, and will include facilitating discussion andworkshop sessions (identification of key risk indicators andmaintain regular monitoring and reporting of indicators asrequired).
- Document and ensure implementationand communication of key risks.
- Continuousimprovement of risk management frameworks, strategies andmethodologies.
- Facilitate key risk managementworkshops, reviews, and assessments with keystakeholders.
- Facilitate reporting to thecommittee meetings.
- Create all the riskmanagement procedures and associated tools, including standardisedrisk registers and reportingtemplates.
- Develop, maintain and deliver riskmanagement training requirements.
- Positivelycontribute to ensuring a solid working relationship with keystakeholders.
