The Civil and Environmental EngineeringDepartment at the United Arab Emirates University is seeking aresearch assistant in the area of concrete technology and civilengineering materials.

The research assistant should beknowledgeable of concrete preparation, casting, and testingprocedures. Prior experience in evaluation and characterization ofcement, concrete, and cementitious materials is required.
Candidate's duties will include

• Management of day to dayactivities of a research project, conduct literature review,perform soft computing modeling, and publish research findings inreferred journals.
• Highly motivated applicants with experience inthe designated area and having a B.
