Responsibilities:
Assist clients in discovering suitable properties while upholding the highest standards.
Achieve and surpass sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Stay informed on market trends and new property launches.
Foster professional relationships with clients and landlords.
Respond promptly to inquiries and maintain regular client follow-ups.
Ensure accurate and regular updates on the CRM system.
Adhere to company policies for transaction quality and legality.
Identify new business opportunities and nurture client relationships.
Qualifications and Skills:
Real Estate Sales experience in the U.A.E. is advantageous but not mandatory.
Proficiency in English Language
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, ambitious, and reliable.
Strong negotiation abilities.
Capability to work independently with dedication.
Computer literacy (MS Office, Internet, CRM, etc.).
