    What You Will BeDoing

    • Ensure consistency in the preparationof all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according toproperty recipes and standards
    • Activelyparticipate with menu planning, inventory & management ofsupplies.
    • Lead, mentor and train the culinary& stewarding team, creating an engaged workenvironment.
    • Responsible for daily operation ofentire culinary department, ensuring high quality standards aremaintained.

    Qualifications

    Yourexperience and skills include:

    • Service focused personality isessential and previous supervisory experience in a luxury hotelenvironment preferred
    • Well-rounded experiencein all areas of the culinary field
    • Work wellunder pressure and be able to think on yourfeet
    • Ability to lead by example, believe in astrong team culture and set the scene for highperformance
