    Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Welcome and serve the customer,providing an excellent in-store experience at alltimes
    • Demonstrate brand and product knowledge,based upon the training programme provided, as well as keeping upto date with the luxury environment andcompetitors
    • Proactively deliver theBrand's selling ceremony, maximizing sales opportunitiesin order to achieve store sales target andKPIs
    • Maintain and develop client relationshipsthrough an individual approach, leveraging Customer RelationshipManagement and digital tools
    • Deal effectivelywith customer queries and after sales care, liaising with the linemanager when necessary
    • Maintain the sales floorand visual display to a high standard in line with Brandguidelines
    • Follow the Company operationalguidelines, policies and stockprocedures

    KNOWLEDGE ANDSKILLS

    Passionfor building long-lasting relationships with clients andpeers

    Problem solving, curiosity and interest inluxury/fashion

    Experience in a luxury or premiumretail environment

    Being able to work in team, aswell as alone

    Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills

    Passion and knowledge of theshoemaking industry and affinity with theBrand

    Fluent spoken Englishexpected

    Availability to work on shifts (20hours/week)
