_Job Description:

_:

- _Create and plan a systematic work framework in terms of management and administration of the office to be a system of rules and standards at a good level._
- _Create KPIs for employees and monitor the daily performance of the administrative and building departments_
- _Create an annual budget plan and manage and monitor its use in accordance with the budget._
- _Create manuals and work procedures to be able to inspect internally under the management of the administration and building departments._
- _Collect information on the purchase of housekeeper's equipment for the administrative and financial sectors to carry out the procurement in a timely manner_
- _Support the team in ordering and sending all the equipment used in the exhibition_
- _Monitor the management of the company's document circulation, which starts from incoming documents to the hands of various related parties._


_Job Requirements:

- _Graduated with a bachelor's degree in a related field._
- _Have at least 3 years of experience in office and building management._
- _Having English communication skills will be considered as special._
- _Have a leadership style, able to plan work at a good level._
- _Good interpersonal skills, enthusiastic._
