• Strategic Oversight: Direct thestrategic direction of the company's CCP andCSD
• Risk Management: Identifying and managingexposures within defined risk thresholds.
• BoardReporting: Provide regular updates to the Board of Directors onbusiness performance and credit & operational risks withinCCP/CSD.
• Alignment and Engagement: Coordinatewith the CEO and CCP Head to align clearing strategies with broadercompany group strategies.
• RegulatoryCompliance: Lead engagement with regulatory authorities to ensurecompliance and optimal market structures forCCP/CSD.
• Legal Preparedness: Ensure readinessfor legal/regulatory changes and compliance with all regulationswithin CCP/CSD.
• Resource Oversight: Superviseresources in Operations, IT, Legal & Compliance to ensurerobust CCP functioning.
• Coordination andEngagement: Coordinate shared support functions and engage withinternal/external stakeholders and marketparticipants.
• International Representation:Participate in international conferences and forums, representingthe company's CCP/CSD.
  

Qualifications

• Essential: Bachelor's Degreein Finance, Business, or Accounting.
• Desirable:Master's in Business Administration or Finance, Management,or Risk Management.
