    Description

    • Primary responsibility is to prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule
    • Analyze revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis
    • Prepare monthly account reconciliations
    • Assist with analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances
    • Assist with quarterly producer commission reports; analyzing and correcting discrepancies
    • Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls
    • Prepare and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing accountinformation.
    • Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.
    • Prepare yearly or quarterly budget / MIS reports.
    • Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
    • Summarizes financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and otherstatements.
    • Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
    • Secures financial information by completing database backups.
    • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
    • Daily updation of Job profitability statement and follow up on the issues with the Project Managers.
    • Regular follow up with clients / Project Manager's on short certification of the invoices.
    • Follow up on monthly project invoicing and enquire on reasons for short invoicing.
    • Follow up on the project documentation hindering the actual collection process by working closely with QS and PM's.
    • Conduct periodic meetings with all Project Managers to co-ordinate, smoothen and streamline the collection process
    • Ensure timely payments to suppliers and monitor collections by working closely with the Management accountant.
    • Maintain data integrity and accuracy at
    • Ideal candidates will be a Qualified CA
    • Minimum 2-4 years with similar duties preferably within construction industry
    • Worked on ERP system or excellent IT skills essential.
    • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
    • Strong analytical skills with attention to accuracy.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
