    Description
    • Develop and implement annualcommercial plan to achieve annual businessobjectives.
    • Lead, manage and monitor allday-to-day sales and marketing activities with focus on developingstrategic value-based outcomes that enable achievement of salesobjectives.
    • Lead the preparation of regularbusiness reports including monthly reports, annual goals andtargets, sales and marketing budget, forecasts and other reports asrequired.
    • Monitor the achievement objectivesand goals and takes appropriate action to correct shortfalls versusthe strategic plan.
    • Manage and drive all keybusiness segments for the Resort and in close collaboration withRevenue Management.
    • Establish and maintainrelationships with industry influencers and key strategicpartners.
    • Manage key and niche accounts acrossthe main segments and execute account plans to key clients withinthese segments.
    • Execute and attend clientevents, trade shows and sales missions to maintain, build anddevelop key relationships with clients across domestic, regionaland international markets.
    • Drive and leveragethe Accor Regional and Global Sales Office (GSO) network to achievebudgeted goals. Track and measure productivity of key accounts todevelop sales programs and initiatives.
    • Overseeon-property marketing, communications and sales activities ensuringbrand quality.
    • Understand and contribute tooverall revenue management initiatives and strategies to ensureevery revenue opportunity is maximized.
    • Overseeand evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategy to meetchanging market and competitiveconditions.
    • Develop and establish anexperienced and successful team. Ensures a challenging and excitingenvironment to encourage full career development and personalgrowth.
    • Ensures that all policies andprocedures as well as company standards are in place andfunctioning effectively, and contracts are set in accordance withthe legislation and the company standards.
    • Growrelationships at the appropriate levels, both internally andexternally that enable the development and advancement of salesinitiatives.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of five years'experience in similar role in the luxury hotelindustry
    • High degree of commercial awarenessand hotel management.
    • Strong knowledge of theprinciples and practices within the sales/marketing/hospitalityprofession
    • Proficiency in MS Office andproperty management systems.
    • Strong media,presentation and computerskills.
