    TheEcommerceDirectorisan integral member ofthemarketingteamwho manages the day-to-day operations, marketing, strategy,execution, analysis, growth, and developmentofoneor more of the companyse-commercesites(s)withintheportfolio.

    TheEcommDirectorisforward thinking, goal orientated, passionate about building anddriving a healthy ecommerceecosystembyperfecting user experiences, increasing conversions, and drivingrevenue for CPG sales with B2C (retail) and B2B (wholesale)environments.

    Thispositioncollaborateswiththe marketing team as they formulate and execute large-scaleecommerce plans toachieveecommercegoalsandis supported by a team of professionals who provide necessarycreatives and collateral.

    The normal shift is 40 hours per week,shared between remote working and in our offices. Other duties asassigned bytheDirectorof Marketing andmanagement.

    EssentialFunctions

    Ideate,develop,andexecuteregularecommpromotionsthatdelivermaximumeffectiveness. Position requires measurement and reporting onongoingresults,measuredthrough analysisofperformancedatatosynthesizedaily, weekly, monthly salesperformanceagainstsetKPIsandrevenuegoals.
    Defineanddrivekeybrand strategies across multiple marketing channels whileoptimizing revenue programsandgainnewcustomers/channelsinan efforttoincreaseonline traffic and achieve performancegoals.

    Conductongoing research of new or competingproductstoremain proficient within the industry,andcontinuouslyoptimize user experiences to ensure best practices for consumers todiscover andpurchaseourproducts.

    Management of SEO, Email, Social, and Paid &Affiliatecampaignsona variety of platformswhileworkingwith cross-functional teams andagencies.
    Growand nurture the customer database, engage idlecustomers,developprograms to capture market share and grow the ecommercebrand.

    Minimum
