• Experience in Social Media Marketing.
• In depth knowledge in lead generation for Real Estate and Investment
• Experience in Adobe Applications for editing (Example; Photoshop, AI, Lightroom) is a MUST.
• Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office Applications.
• Knowledgeable in doing Presentation, Brochures, and creative designs for Ads/marketing campaign.

• Smart, Positive attitude and Selfmotivated.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills is a MUST. Other Language spoken is Advantage.
• Real Estate property listing experience is Advantage.
• Resourceful, Creative and able to adapt in Fast Paced environment.
• Can Multitask and handles work professionally.

• Conduct thorough market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and insights.
• Analyse data and present findings to the Marketing Manager to support strategic decisionmaking.

• Stay updated on industry trends and identify new marketing channels and opportunities to reach target audiences effectively.
• Suggest innovative marketing ideas and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

• Act as a liaison between marketing and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Coordinate with various teams to gather the necessary information and assets required for marketing initiatives.

• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling marketing materials, including digital content, brochures, and presentations.
• Ensure that marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.

• Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies involved in marketing activities.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials, while adhering to budget constraints.

• Bring creative ideas to the table and contribute to the development of innovative marketing campaigns.

• Assist the Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless implementation of marketing initiatives.

• Maintain organized records of marketing activities, expenses, and campaign performance metrics.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing efforts and their impact on business objectives.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (e.g., internships, entrylevel roles) in marketing or related areas is preferred.
• Excellent written English and Hindi skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
• Demonstrated creativity and innovative thinking in marketing approaches.
• Strong verbal communication and coordination skills to foster effective teamwork.
• Detailoriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
• Proficiency in using common productivity and communication tools.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
