We are one of the biggest Vehicle Exporting Company in Belgium and United Arab Emirates.

Currently we have our Main Showroom in Halle, Belgium and branches here in Dubai-UAE with other sub-entities across Africa and Asia.

Our company is looking for a professional
SALES ASSISTANTcurrently in Dubai, UAE.

Experience in Car Export is an added advantage.

Job Profiles:
Coordinating with Sales Manager for the Clients Details.

To forward Export orders received from clients and Sales Team and process Proforma Invoice.

As soon as Proforma Invoice is finalized, take necessary approvals, and send it to customer for payments.

Coordinating with Logistics departments and arranging all the documents for exporting to clients.

To follow up with Logistics dept. for Air/Sea freight charges and loading cut
- off date

To send shipment details to customers soon after container is loaded/delivered locally.

To Update the system and track the details.
